@knoxy38 Yeah if only mate.I had (and still have) a ticket to go see him in London at the Hammersmith Odeon as it was then.The Sunday before we went my freind flagged me down in the street and said he'd died. I don't think I'll ever get my head around it
@knoxy38 Yes. If my memory serves me right Life without you blew me away towards the end of the night.I was out of it by then and still had a 2 1/2 hour drive home.Good times
Very happy memories. I was at the gig - fantastic. Waited outside for Stevie, he came out, shook my hand - I said thanks for a great night, he said glad you enjoyed it. Really, really nice guy.
I had to be out of the country not have seen him there in Manchester... would have done anythin to have got in... damn helicoptors and fog!!!
