I wouldn't call it the best. It doesn't have an expiry date, but you don't have to change the date for 1.1.2b any more either, it's date-protection is messed up.

1.1.2b allows people with ATi video cards to play oe-cake properly. Also it doesn't require installing the east asian language pack.
