Lagoon's Fire Dragon.....The "Bouncing" Upright Two

The reason that is is because originally, the Fire Dragon was a portable roller coaster. Because of this, it rests on wood, so it would be easy to take down. They can take it down or put it up in 2 days.

@bzcoolness Yes, I know it is a Transportable Ride as I was a Crew C Operator. ;) Additionally, Tear Down and Erecting Time is 3 Days. ;)

Where's the problem? It's a heavy steel structure sitting on wooden feet, as is common for portable rides. The fact the steel is as heavy as it is, means it will never lift enough to shift out of place. If the ride's dynamic forces were such that they caused a dangerous movement, it would be rectified - but this isn't the cars. Ever watched the track on a portable wild mouse coaster? - everything lifts and bends, safely!

Just like the woodie track joint, there's no problem here. Portable rides are designed to move like this so that the structure is strong enough not to fatigue and crack, but light enough to be trucked around.

No one said this was a problem, it's just something different. Lagoon's Maurer Wild Mouse doesn't do a lot of Obvious Lifting Like this Upright nor a lot of Bending...you must have seen a Zamperla Mouse. lol =)
