  • @Pony4fun We all have abs, but they are 'hidden' by layers of body fat. So, it all depends from how much fat around stomach you have at the moment. If it is a normal ammount and if u are looking for a way to tone stomach up and show abs more, with that routine u will get there in 4 months. At the same time, eating things like rice, cereals, oatmeals, fruits and vegetables instead of chocolate, potato chips or other snacks will reduce body fat A LOT.

  • XMaGeDo I think he is trying to save your knees. Try some circuit training and if you are an athlete try and find some exercises that work best for your sport. I found the books by Mark Verstegen to be very good for weight control and toning. Nice thing about circuit training is it cuts your workout time in half and i am all for that

  • will,he did it cuz he realize that running not good for my buddy plus he advice me to do the cicuit training including weight,becipe,tricep to control my body size,and in really works but i guess i needed more advice

  • I just did this entire workout on Thursday and was so sore on Friday. It seems so simple but when you actually do it, it gives you such a great workout! I was definitely breaking a sweat. Thanks Kim!

  • You can do either. It really depends on your preferences. I usually get sick if I eat before a workout but I recently discovered that bananas are a nice morning boost without hurting my stomach. Experiment, see what works for you!

  • i did all of kims excersise for a month almost everyday and i have lost a lot of weight my thighs were really big to start with and now i have smaler thighs and my stomach is flat and toned. the hardest thing for me was what i ate so think do you need this before you eat it. good luck and be motivated. :)

  • Absolutely love it. I have been gaining a 'few' extra pounds lately and I am so excited to have found this video. It so motivated me and I was able to do some. I am hoping that if I try to do as much as possible of it twice a day- soon I will be able to go through the entire thing. Tons of props to all those who can do it.

  • the only "bad form" was the squat. If you do too many of them you WILL injure your back, plus by doing her form you dont get as much of a workout. Just keep your back straight and vertical. Other than that, good vid : )

    These are just some of the things I tore trying this workout.

  • Not a bad workout. But most "holiday workouts" are intended for a general target audience that is usually out of shape. Unfortunately, these movements could pose a possible risk to injury of the lower back, knees and neck. These are not beginner movements. But it is usually "beginners" who need holiday workouts. Advanced people work out year-round. I'll give it three stars for effort, though.
