@bluedrew17 Erm... No the event was already distributed via WFC in 2009 and this is the year 2011 which no you can't. But thanks to HG/SS you need not download the Secret Key to change the forms of Rotom but you'll need to beat the game to unlock that

@bluedrew17 You can get a Rotom in B/W by trading with a professor a Ditto, which is kinda a good deal. But to name your Rotom you'd have to breed it. I know for a fact in Pokemon Gray I'll be using a bred Rotom in my team as well as a bred Tepig and 2nd generation Snivy.

You can also change forms in soulsilver/heartgold by trading your rotom to either game.Then go to the Silph Co. in saffron city and go to the elavtor.Rotom will fix the elavator and then you can use to go to the room with th machines.

P.S. rotom needs to be first in your party
