I watched 2012 (2009) in Science Class today. I thought that 2012 was a very entertaining disaster movie but the dialogue is terribly funny. 4 out 5 stars.

This movie was long and boring. SOme of the effects was so fake looking. Some parts look like Im watching a videogame. This movie is aim for teens or people with an iq of 70.

I love cheesy disaster films & 2012 is one of the best. I think the destruction being funny was the intended effect. If he made it dark & reminded you that youre watching billions die, it stops being fun. He saved the drama for the main characters & the destruction was just spectacle. By the way, that wasnt the real Eiffel tower. It was the one on top of the Paris hotel, they were in Vegas, remember?

The part about the ifle tower, they were in vagas and the ifle tower is in paris am i right. So they prolly hit sumthing else. Yeah and your right about the last part lol. The people had no clue with all the wired activity that was going on. like all them strong earthquakes. No one even think that sumthing was wrong. like whats up with that part. But anyways this movie was really really awesome. I love the special effects.

I do not watch movie reviews for 'street humor' I watch them to get an honest opinion of the film in question.

Funny I can't seam to recall Richard Roeper ever saying that a movie should 'lick his balls' perhaps I missed that one.

I understand that you want to convey emotions Tom, and I respect that a lot, but you truly have a great eye for critiquing film and you could take that to a real career, it would be a shame if you tossed it away because of something silly like a choice of a profanity vs. a commonly acceptable term that could make the same statement.
