  • I just texted him and he has the more offset and common one known as cmt charcot marie tooth disease not labeled as a MD straight up but is on the MDA website and so forth so im guessing its an MD case, but its unbelievable to see how common this is in the world.....36 in 100k...why haven't they started looking into this more it looks like it causes many hardships on your life and its not uncommon.

  • I remember when my cousin got surgery for MD....i never asked him what kind but all I know is that the bones in his knees are deteriorating and before the surgery he used to walk only on his tippy toes it was really funky. After then surgery he had both knees in casts so he walked around like a baby....not sure how long though he will be able to walk he will though eventually be in a wheel chair these videos more or less help me on what to expect to come with my cousin, thanks John

  • John thank you for helping me understand how your life has changed due to your disease. I am a medical student and learning how different conditions affect peoples lives.
