@maskenmann i workout at monday, tuesday, thursday and friday.
wednesday i always take a full rest. i run at night during mondays, tuesdays and fridays. saturdays i run during the morning. my workouts consists of supersets and trisets. with little rest. sometimes at sundays i take a jog at the morning on an empty stomach.

@TheJazuma its a combination of cardio nutrition and weight training. then i wrote down everything i did, time of cardio, foods i ate and the exercises and weights i lifted in the gym. after each week, i measured my results and see if there's a need to change some elements in my plan.

@gustoumali don't worry about momentum. just keep moving forward. obstacles will really be part of the journey. if your busy and you cant go to the gym today, go to the gym tomorrow. if you had a party yesterday, make sure you eat right today. just don't give up because results are based on your actions. so if you messed up yesterday, today is another day and continue working hard.

@oGURL thanks. yes, for me, 2 to 3 times is enough for abs. your diet is more important so that you'll burn the fat. your abs will only show if you have a lower bodyfat percentage. keep it up!
