I was wondering why a lot of people on forums complain about how slow 7th gen civics are, but I just found out our engines here in the Philippines for the 7th Gen Civics are way meaner than other parts of the world,mines an 4door 05 with 130 hp 1.6li engine, not a rocket but pretty fast for the light chassis. I wonder why Honda would put such a weaker engine in other markets.

EM2's are nice cars, when you swap that single out. I respect the single cam its just that chassis is to heavy to have a single. EM2's deff have potential and the look they have is badass.

mean, the EM2's are disappointments. They produce such low hp even with mods, plus they don't look good imo. I drive a rsx-s btw.

I figured the D17 would be able to make more than 228whp at 9lbs.

the new R18 Single cams and push 270whp from the AJP kit

hey man U said u have the Dezod kit and K-pro... have you run it through emmitions yet? I got the Dezod kit for mine but have a piggyback system and I cant get it through emmitions to save my life and am running out of ideas... I also have been told that getting the K-pro would change it to OBD1 wich wouldnt work for emmitions to.... any insight you could give me would be a great help

a friend of mine has an 01 em2 si and he took it to get the etest and on the paper it says its a 1.7 is it just what they put on the paper or wut cuz i was tellin him its just 1.6 but he wont bleive it is this total bullshit or wut???
