Did you cut the animations of the special attacks out manually or is there a button combo to skip it?

Right now i'm trying to complete the game with only the x attack, flurries make it a bit too easy.

yeh i edit it out manually. as far as i know theres no way to skip it.

not using flurries doesnt make it harder tho. it only makes it longer.

how do you get the ultimate weapons?

You do each character's side-quests after the hall of memories or whatever it was called.

thats nice, i woulda get the ultimate equipment too if i didnt enter the tower. i didnt use a guide or anything so when i realise that theres an ultimate equipment, i was already inside the tower without even knowing thats the last dunegon lol. i couldnt be bother to go back so i just proceed to beat the game.

Whoa, whenever I do my special attack, I only have to press "X". Maybe it's because I have the "Guidance" thing O_o

yeh guidance makes it easier and u have to press x only when u have that. the accessory itself doesnt do ne thing tho, so i changed mine.

yeh i guess so. its a pretty good rpg. took me 19 hours to beat it. and i didnt collect any of teh ultimate equpment, just the main story. if thats plenty enough for u, then why not, just get it.

well i dont have any money :( but my b day is on feb 5 so im looking forward to this game! maybe ill tell my folks to get me a early b day present and get it tomorrow.
