guitar is good. the singing is sub par. tell her sing like shes alone. if you turned down the microphone, it would force her to sing louder, which would make her put more emotion into it. i have a similar problem with my singing voice. but good job!

I know the words, but I like to have them there just in case...that's how I learned when I was singing in a band - we always had the music in front of us in case of a distraction. I'm just not used to not having it on a music stand in front of me where it isn't obvious I'm reading along

the reason why this song sucks is smple 1.) you need and agressive harsh voice for it but its her version so its ok i guess shes an alright i guess. 2.) the second is guitar butchered sounds more like nirvana. 3.) its ska cords not what your playing ur supposed to play ska cords with the upstrum for the high end. bye

Music/vibe/energy is a facinating thing...some pple (singers/musicians) you listen to and they can nail everything perfectly but just don't make you "feel" anything...you two have a great sound...a very sweet thing...i can't help but really enjoy listenign to both of you...she just needs better pitch...but DON'T let that get you down...just take note and work on it

I agree. My pitch could be better. Believe it or not, I used to be in choir and was the soloist...pitch was better back then.

Though one thing in my defence, it was a last minute one-take thing...but I definitely could use improvement.

i never was really into Kurt Cobain; it's funny cos i just got a vibe when hearing THIS that it reminds me of Kurt Cobain (and they sound nothing like him; they have a totally different style)...but you can just feel "Kurt meets Buddy Holly" in this video; i think it's great; that's what makes the music world go round; taking something and making it "different"; that's the experience of experimental magic of music

Overall i liked it. I liked the ballad flavor you gave it. In my opinion i would say stick to the ska rythm though, because the lyrics are syncopated to go best with the ska beet. she should emphasize some of the words more too, the way bradly does.
