I know Joe Moore is quite a mouthy fella but this time, he's actually got a case in point with this.

Only when JJ left did hawaii step up. jones is still helping hawaii even with him not being here.
Now it's a fresh start to get things rolling.

LOL, it's so funny to me seeing so many cry bebe UH fans weeping over Jones LEAVING THEM/US! the fact is that JJ LEFT hawaii for a greater challenge at SMU, fresh start, and no more dramas with his bosses! BUT the bottom line is he LEFT hawaii, he LEFT something behind that he claims to LOVE very much in his heart. IMO, he neva love hawaii football that much to just leave, esp. now that he would have most leverage at UH. Amen Kanoa, Amen!!!

Hawaii better hurry up and find a new coach so he can start recruiting ASAP.Not like how Fraizer took his time in replacing Wallace for the men's basketball team. JJ is gone, frustrated how the athletic department is run. Lesson learned??? I think not

what Hawaii should do.
Spend this season rebuilding the entire program and facilities. Whatever it takes, get a good coach. On a fresh start, they can do things the right way: a better way.

It'll be cool to get Duane Akina. He coaches in texas, so he knows how to recruit there, and he's a local boy which would be good for the school. Norm Chow was up for the job when Bob Wagner left and lost out to Von Appen, so i dont think that he'll come here. Cal Lee would be interesting. Maybe he can start a dynasty at UH that he had at St. Louis.

Thanks so much for this chawancut. Hope Hawaii can pull out a winning season this year...maybe Cal Lee will finally get his shot.
