  • you are a moron, your projector is turn to the right, just turn the projector so that the projected image is exactly aligned to the middle of the smart board.

  • press the two butens in the earser for two seconds and se what happends and do it two time

  • Turn the projector to the left or slide the board to the right. It was installed wrong,

  • The answer is simple. My projector does exactly the same, HOWEVER, to solve this problem all you need to do is switch on the projector AFTER the desktop has been fully loaded (not at the loading screen or anything). This lets the projector align itself fully with your computer screen's image. Try that! It works for me :)

  • I think I solved it... Try to change if possible the refreshing rate of graphic card to 70-72 or maybe 75 Hz. It worked for me... ( tested on Nvidia GT220 and ATI HD 5450)

I think it's another win7 problem about recognising the UF55. Firmware update didn't solve it until the refresh rate changing

  • It's not just UF55 version, the XD225 version screws the calibration also! It's frustrating!

    Are you the principal?

  • I haven't experienced this issue with UF55, have you tried multiple computers and had the same problem with all of them?

  • have you tried calibrating the board's touch response? I remember seeing some sort of grid made up of circles, where you touch the center of the circles to calibrate the touch response.

  • @TheSwillMan We've had these about 6 months now. They are calibrated and recalibrated and RECALIBRATED. This alignment problem is in the projectors, not the boards.

  • mate align it very pricisely and adjust the projector boom to fill the whole screen thats what i did with my teachers and he got a precise alignment

  • @MQMirza95 It's already aligned to the best it can possibly be. At 3:30 you can see the blue SMART logo completely fills the board to the left edge. This is a signal processing problem in the projector, not optical alignment.
