@shan666666 cuz u cant sample on that shit and it has no midi inputs. beardyman uses 4 kaoss pads 1 kaossilator pro, rc50 loopstation and keyboards, their all in sync because of midi inputs. which means he only has to move the tempo once and the rest of the machines are in sync. this kaoss quad does not have midi inputs(besides the fact that it does not sample as well.)

its the combos of effects that it has up on the kp3... i have both the kaossilator pro and the kp3 and i want this too along with the kaptivator visual kaoss pad..

@test08151337 lol, i need mine to capture my ms2000 play . but yeah, they shoulda made like a kp4 with 8 sampleing slots, and stackable effects (8, 1 via each of the 8 buttons at the top of the xy, when you pressed hold on one of the buttons effects, you could then add an effect on another button, and each slot could have any effect you wanted!) that my friend, would be a true renovation in kp
@04tm34l3 I think you missed the point, it's meant to be simple. If you want 8 sample slots then I think you might be looking for a sampling groove box. KPQUAD is not a replacement for KP3

@04tm34l3 aww no need to argue. it's good to talk about these things and hear opinions. I think the economy etc is forcing manufacturers to design products at a certain price point, I would kill for KP Pro but I doubt if Korg would sell that many at a high price tag. We can all dream and hopefully one day it will happen

I work similar, but i use my kp3 to sample what i play at the mk.. as an (additional) external fx this quad should rock!
