cant wait either! have you hooked your speaker-needle setup to an arm yet? i bet a quick diy cutter would take less than an hour or two to put together....
@oliver8bit yea, I have an arm built for the cutter head. its also the amplifier. it uses an amp from some old computer speakers. there's gonna be a tutorial for that too at some point. then maybe another for equalizing and recording techniques. yea, the cutter head is very simple to make (aside from cutting the coil from a speaker)

I got the transition slides done yesterday too. now all that is left is taking the footage and shrinking it, and piecing the steps together.
