When will the thug-like cops ever learn that they can't just go around attacking people who are not in the process of hurting or threatening anyone else!? A riot on the police station would not have been out of order.

Surely a riot would have been out of order. Would you like us to start acting like those scoundrels. It is sad enough that one person is stupid enough to fire a taser at a person not threatening anyone, but that is no reason for other persons to start riots with the possibility of more getting hurt. Rather we should all work towards a society where this policeman, along with his superior, get a proper penalty for their conduct.
Solving one bad act with another is the path we should NEVER pursue
