@Ls3guy The GT500 flows 325 cfm at .500" @ 28" H2O on a 3.552" bore, but the point you are missing is that it is flowing a good 100 cfm over the LS7s up to about .250" lift, and maintains a solid 50 cfm advantage up until .450" lift. This is compared to the LS7, not the LS3. Guess where the valve hangs the longest, that's right, in the lower lift ranges by nature of the cam lobe profile. Guess what having two small intake valves mean? Velocity. The GT500 head is a superior performance...
...head compared to the LS7. The LS7 flows a good 360 cfm, but it's only advantage is all in the extremely high lift ranges. And due to the airflow characteristics of a multi-valve head (and pent roof combustion chamber), a 325 cfm 4V head will actually have SUPERIOR cylinder filling characteristics than a 360 cfm 2V wedge. The GT500s have propelled a 4.6, sans nitrous, to over 235 mph in the 1/4. The LS7s haven't. You are too ignorant to have an opinion on this.
