They forgot to mention a few things like put a barrier between the shirt so you dont get ink on the back of it.. Im no pro but i know common sense whwn i see it.

quite possibly the most fanfuckingtastic thing i have seen in my life.

getting the image onto a screen is quite a long process so we didn't include it in the video. im sure there are many ways to do it but here's how we did it:

- have a "negative" version of your desired image printed on transparency paper.

- (in a darkroom or under red light) have a screen with a coat of photo emulsion ready to be exposed. Place the negative image over the screen (the image should be facing you as you would want to see it on a shirt, on the flush side of the screen)

- now's the hard part, figuring out how long to expose the emulsion to light because you want areas covered by the black transparency image to wash out so that INK (not paint) will squeegee through. And want the areas not covered by black transparency to fully expose and not wash out, thus blocking any ink from going through. Play around with exposure time, usually no longer than a minute if you've got a strong light source.

- you're basically done, wash out the unexposed emulsion and screen.

for anyone actually trying to learn from this video i would say dont listen this practice is most definatly wrong and you will waste alot of money in screw ups. if you plan on making your own shirts i guess you can but if your doing it for making money then go out buy a real screening table a real dryer and a blow out gun. plus you will need alot more then just a screen and paint.

frm wht i learn u must expose the screen together with the film 1st..put the film on the back of the screen on top of the light box and then cover it with a black cloth..turn on the lightbox for around 7 min n dont forget to put some weight on the top of the screen.....correct me if wrong...
