Looks like these jammers are working great. Each car gets about a minute warning. I'll take that. A smart driver will turn off the jammer after slowing to PSL. The officer will then just move on to the next car. Job done.

LIDAR jammers are illegal in CA, genius. If my gun is pinpointed on a car up until 300 ft, I'm pulling you over and checking for a jammer, and that's an equipment violation.

I don't speed more than 10-15 over and I am I great driver with a lot of track time and I have won 5 races in my area.

Beside that, I always go with the flow of traffic. If I were 10 over would you pull me out of traffic and give me a citation? If I were the only one on the road doing 10 over would you?

If you were 10 over going with the flow of traffic, no. If you were going faster than the flow of traffic, yes. Thus, "I was going with the flow of traffic" is a bullshit excuse to use these days. We're trained to watch for the car going faster than all the others, not the fast cars.

Even so, I don't run traffic duty very often.

And just so you know, "good" drivers that speed actually do affect the attention and nerves of other drivers. Some other drivers may swerve into another lane, etc.

Well I don't speed because most of my driving is in Washington and Oregon and the people there are the worst. If I did 10 over I'm fine but I have to watch out. They think that if you are going fast that they need to stop you buy pulling out in front of you and going 25 under the limit. I don't know how many times I have been made to look at the back of a Prius or a Volvo wagon all decked out which communistic stickers and obama crap just because they think the left lane is for 25 unders.

Cali's much different. On the I-5 up north to LA, if you're in lane 1 you can easily go upwards of 90 in a 65 while staying in the flow of traffic. Again, I don't have jurisdiction there, but the CHPs I know tell me that it's a double-edged sword: you've got those fun reckless driving tickets, but there's nowhere to pull over, especially in heavy traffic.

So come on down to California if you have a need for speed. CHP's heavily understaffed nowadays.

We're trained to estimate speed without the use of LIDAR/RADAR. If you're going 15 over, I will pull you over. If I can't hit you with LIDAR, I'll ask you what those black boxes are on your grille.

Interestingly enough, a local cop I know pulled over someone the other day that didn't register on LIDAR and estimated going 80 in a 45. Not only was he using a jammer (and claimed it was something for his radio) but his license was suspended, so he did get to search the car in its entirety.

We can walk around your vehicle and take a look at what's visible from the outside. Lots of vehicles don't have grilles good for hiding them.

Ya they are only illegal in 9 states thus making them legal in 41.... Thats why you can buy these jammers. Im a Chicago cop, and I have to agree with 112namrepus. You cant search a vehicle without a warrant on a whim that someone has a jammer. I dont know how you guys do it out in CA but you need a warrant here.

Lol they claim it is an m45 but the bottom two sensors are fake, causing punchthrough. The headlight punchthroughs are normal. Most cops shoot the plate first so you will have plenty of time to slow.

Actually for the dumb ass who posted this video, its not even a M-45. Its a M-25!! I guess by putting the little sensors on the bottom grill which are antilaser sensors, they figured the M-25 would jam better than the LPP or antilaser sensors. Guess what? they did. Thanks for proving my point. Ha! Ha!
