Boeing 737-200 Low Fly-By

wow such great memories. As a kid nearly all my first flights were on 737-200's. It was the mainstay of the european charter market in the early/mid 80's and could regularly be seen at pretty much any airport here in Britain. A great bird making a great noise!

@120jack920 They can fly much faster than that, actually. Do you realize that an airliner at cruise altitude and at cruise speed is typically flying between 500-550 MPH? (And the 747 is slightly faster- 560-600 MPH). That pass there is around 250.

i think it was pretty low

and the position of the flaps has nothing to do wioth the altitude of a plane, but with the speed. the flaps werent down because the 737 flew with a rather high speed

i guess it was 500-600 kilometers per hour
