  • Hi, Personality development needs continous effort. But the result of the effort is thousand times helpful & good. Knowing yourself & believing in yourself is the basic attitude to develop personality. Self-Help books gives us the underlying attitude required to be optimistic & then trying & practising on your own is the best solution. I came across a CEO of a multinational who has developed his personality by 'Espoir Smart english through management ideas' . I think it helps, I am using it!!
