I kinda guessed the ending rigth away when they said it was like an alternate world, and the antagonist was obvious, very good movie but i still think the ending was abit meh... 7,8/10
This is definitely a brilliant movie, 8/10. However, there's the confusion in a part... to me it's a bit illogical. at the end, when Goodwin gets the message, she's so relieved - as Captain Stevens' still 'alive' and the Source Code's actually working. However, in my opinion, should she be like everybody else? it's a brand new day for her - as the train accident never happened and the Captain never begged her to end his life and so they two never built the bond of friendship...isn't it?!
the moment when he kisses her while everybody enijoying the comedian's show is so touching, I cried acctually ...then I was so glad that they can survive, he can get a second chance .this movie is not the best but it has the most beautiful ending ever :)

Military experiments at NELLIS Airforce base in Vegas. Ya I feel sorry for Shawn, I cried when he was talking to his dad or whatever and when I saw Shawns body ripped in half. I fucking hated everything about something... its nothing. You dont want to know.

Shawn got fucked up in a gun fight and they cut his body in half. I think it was somethinig about an RPG hit him. His gunner survived but was wounded. Gunner lived but Shawn barley lived... he did live but he was in a coma (HINT HINT HINT...).

They hooked him up to a SUPER COMPUTER and laid him in some incubater chamber thing where his body was cut in half and missing arms but you can still see his eyes moving with his eyes closed. Its hard to explain what this computer did (I know exactly what it did) and how this all works. But in a way, he rewrote time and all this other parallel universe bullshit (no comment).

His dad told Shawn he hated his son or didnt care in a way because he liked hanging out with his bros in the military. His dad didnt know it was him calling because his dad was told he was dead in military but they used him for this "experiment".

The trailer for this movie makes it seem like the average mainstream movie, but once you watch it, you realize the trailer is wrong. The script will make you confused, amazed, sad, furious, and touched. It has a brilliant soundtrack, and an excellent ending that you have to think about to understand well. You can go on endlessly about your thoughts and theories, and you can understand the characters' feelings so well.

one mistake: a man returns to the past to find Terrorists fail and die (and then see it again in the future that goes back again to the past) - to correct the error find a terrorist, illogical and stupid.... film may have good scenes and actors but the story of the film is supposed to be better, the action and the idea ofhelping someone in the past is fine but if you make a mistake and we die alone in the past, then we can go back and live again ..

The Director confirmed that Source Code created a Parallel Universe every time he went in. He wasn't TRAVELING Universe's, the Source Code was CREATING Parallel Universe's/Alternate Realities. Well, of course it isn't possible! That is why it is science FICTION!!! :-) Merry Christmas!
@swordebrithil12 not really that confusing, when they shut off Captain Colter Stevens, hes soul (i guess) went from his alternate reality to reality. thats why the message at the end went through
The Scientist was wrong, Source Code was not time travel. Every time Colter went into Source Code, it created a Parallel Universe. In every Parallel Universe, he died, ending the 8 minutes. In the final Parallel Universe, however, he prevented the Train from blowing up. Therefore, he was able to live on in that Universe, as Sean. Does that make sense?
@marmotta26 You may not have understood it. This film was phenomenal(and Roger Ebert agrees). It was a very complex psychological sci-fi / thriller, though, not an action film as advertised. It was absolutely phenomenal.
@GWDuoCovers LOL....This trailer gives away NOTHING. Maybe the first 20-30 minutes....at most. That is what is so great about this film, it is so unpredictable. Twists and turns around every corner. It was truly phenomenal.

The Scientist was wrong, Source Code was not time travel. Every time Colter went into Source Code, it created a Parallel Universe. In every Parallel Universe, he died, ending the 8 minutes. In the final Parallel Universe, however, he prevented the Train from blowing up. Therefore, he was able to live on in that Universe, as Sean. Does that make sense?

@marmotta26 You may not have understood it. This film was phenomenal(and Roger Ebert agrees). It was a very complex psychological sci-fi / thriller, though, not an action film as advertised. It was absolutely phenomenal.
