  • "yeah, we sleepy...could you turn down the tv so we can get some zzzz's"

  • Look how smart they are! She says, "C'mon, get up now", and they both get up as soon as she says.

  • I'm curious what you use for a litter box and what you put in it. I tried using pine shavings, but that ended up being a big mess. So I have been using puppy pads, but that will work for much longer. Thanks.

  • @queeenpammie-- Hi there, my pigs are much bigger so we use a large plastic under-the-bed box and pine chips which we keep out in our covered patio since it is so messy. Do you mean you've taught your pig to go on puppy pads? If so, I'm impressed. You can actually get those in huge human sizes if you want to keep that system going. I can't think of any other option as all approaches to pig potty issues will likely be messy and unsightly!

  • @prissyandbombershow my pumba uses human peepads for older people the extra large ones. he has a tray we took from a dog kennel and we put a bathrug down in that and put the pee pad on top. it's wonderful. no mess no smell. if he misses the pad you just pick up the bathrug and throw it in the washer...Wonderful. way better then the litter we used to use when he was smaller.

  • Loving*

  • After just being curious one day, I looked up pigs and I found out so much cool things about them and bumped into great videos like yours and vowed never to eat these intelligent living beautiful creatures ever again. Matter of fact, I'm working into not eating any type of meat. Animals are our friends.

  • @stephanie5583-- Hello dear, so sorry for the long response time as I didn't receive notification of your message! GOOD FOR YOU, what a kind and enlightened soul you are! Your message brought such joy to my heart! I ate meat also until realizing the intelligence of these animals and the daily torture they often suffer prior to slaughter, something I knew nothing about before. I'd love to keep in touch with a wonderful person as yourself my facebook is franktiffdunaway

  • do you recomend getting a mini pig to others cuz i have a 4 acre yard for he/she if i get one

  • @luvubasketball33-- Hello dear, so sorry for the long response time as I didn't receive notifice of your message. There are many more considerations regarding a pig. U must pay a lot to "fix them"; vaccinate; tusk & hoof trim, de-worm; microchip, etc. They are destructive often eating carpet & walls & anything that falls to the floor. They are more like 2-3 year old children than pets, often naughty & manipulative but very rewarding if u put in the HARD WORK to care 4 them.

  • qould you recomend getting a mini pig to others cuz i have a 4 acre yard for he/she if i get one

  • @luvubasketball33 -- please adopt a pig and don't pay for one, I can help you find one when you are ready, just let me know. Also, please do your research before getting a pig because they can be hard work and very destructive! Thank you for your question.

  • you are great !!! i love the pigs . I'M VEGETARIAN.

  • They are so cute! I'm planning on getting a pot belly this weekend. I work from home so i'll have lots of time to train it and live on an acreage (but am planning on having an indoor pig). I would really appreciate any advice you could give me. I've done tons of research on the internet, and i gotta say, there is a lot of mixed messages out there. Thanks!

  • @queeenpammie--- It is very good you work from home so you can watch them constantly. BEWARE! I went for a jog yesterday and in just that short time the pigs ate a hole in the plaster wall. It is their rooting instinct but they are very destructive so say goodbye to your carpet; linoleum; and walls. I will be posting a video for new pig parents shortly to show them how pigs behave, including hidden camera footage of their naughtiness! Please e-mail me with any questions!

  • @prissyandbombershow I have a 5ft by 10 ft walk in closet that has become my piggie 's(gorbachov)room! My god he wants to eat constantly !I see how pigs got there reputation !LOL!I love this animal with all my heart !how much do you feed your pigs ?My pig will not eat the Mazuri pot bellie feed?he started eating my cats food now it is all he will eat?do you think it will hurt him?

  • @denasewell -LOL so cute he loves your closet. Do you take him outside much? I hope so. About cat food--- It is VERY BAD for piggy! It will make him FAT with soft bones that will cause crippling arthritis when he gets old (not the right nutrients). Please keep piggy away from cat's food and feed him fresh veggies and fruits instead until you can find him better pig food. I can try to help you find a mix he will eat if you tell me the city you live in. Thanks so much for the question!

  • how much do they way, i am getting a micro pig in two weeks and am wondering if they will get to that size, very cute video btw

  • @HOPEANDSMILES--- Hi there, they were 6 and 9 months in the vid & will get 3 times as big once adult. Please know pigs are hard to take care of-- they are like having a 3 year old for 20 years (their lifespan)! ALL pigs are destructive & demanding. Mine ate the carpet; buttons off my shirt; bit holes in the walls, ate the keys off my laptop, recently tore up my luggage. Thousands are being dumped at rescues because of this. Plz know pigs are a LIFE LONG commitment-- they get so sad when dumped!

  • @prissyandbombershow (continued) that doesn't mean she doesn't like to boss the dog around though :)

  • hi, i want to get one so bad, but how much more than this they grow? How is the routine to feed them? And how do they do their nastys? Do they know to do their n1 and 2 in a single place?

I would appretiate those info, cause they will be crutial for me to get one =]

    thx!

  • @tota5...Hi there! We are only 1 years & will grow until 3 years old...we will double in size....we get fed about 1 cup of mazuri mini pig food twice a day plus treats... we use a litter box for 1 & 2 but sometimes we have #1 accidents on the carpet....we can be naughty when we get bored--when mom was gone we ate her carpet; her walls; her purse; even the toilet paper... we are like little 2-3 years old kids who need constant supervision & attention but we are fun, loving & worth the effort! :D

  • @tota5 thank you piggys! I work all day long, and probably would get 2 of u guys, how do u think u guys would handle parents away for 8 to 10h a day?

  • @tota5 -- Oh no! We didn't see ur comment til now so sorry....yes please please get 2 pigs especially if ur gone all day... we suggest several things in this case.... our mommy will send you an e-mail soon! :D

  • OMG they're so cute and smart! :( I want one!

  • I see they understand you, I guess they are trained:)
