@BraceletButter if your on windows seven you have to put the cursor in the default folder where you have the system cursors and that should solve the problem. i had the same problem first

I'm trying to make an animated cursor on the same IconArt as you and I checked how to. Look at this retarded part:

3. Right click the first frame (there may only be one frame) and select Copy From Editor.

Note: Be careful not to select Copy To Editor as your icon will be repleace with a blank frame.

It's telling me to select Copy To Editor and it says on the note that i shouldn't. WTF?

@bIabber Put the mask as green. However, if you don't have white in your cursor itself, it's fine to leave the background as white, since the default mask colour is white. The mask just makes the masking colour transparent in the final cursor.
