Hey Chris, I would say that the only other movie series I can think of where there is no definite favorite amongst fans is the Toy Story Trilogy. My favorite is the first one (though I love the other two almost as much), but so many people pick either 2 or 3 as their favorites.

There is no point in replacing old dvds for blue rays unless the movie in question was actually made for blue ray, (example Avatar) All you need is a dvd player that up scales the picture,like the ps3s blue ray player, so old films (Example Aliens) will look just as good as they would on blue ray. save yourself a heck of a lot of money..

Loving the updates, Chris; they help give us a better idea of what films you like. And sweet TV (I have yet to watch my Blu-Rays on an HD TV, lol. I'll get one eventually). As for Warrior, don't worry, I ordered the film from Amazon because I've heard so many great things, so I'll be seeing it soon. As for Mission Impossible, I completely agree. I had a hard time deciding whether 1 or 3 was my favorite, but 4 is now unquestionably my favorite.

Did you watch Green Zone on your new TV? The night scenes at the start have such awful graininess, thank god I got it free with my blu ray player. Almost unwatchable. Awful transfer.

You're so lucky about the M:I thing, at the place where I get movies, only ONE Mission Impossible movie on DVD costs 15 dollars. So I need anyones help, which one, besides 4 is the best. I saw four and I loved it, I now want to see the other 3, which one should I start with.

Pulp Fiction has a great blu ray transfer. Probably the best ive ever seen. I definatley recommend you check that out. I also got the Mission Impossible trilogy. Its awesome! great video chris!
