  • USA and Russia has not been playing Rugby League for anywhere near the amount of time as England, Australia and New Zealand have been,

  • All these countries have been playing league for so long, howcome they're still so far behind England, Aus and NZ?

  • americans look like elephants.

  • I had a video of the 1994 game in San Fransciso when Russia won 19-12. It was reffed by Bill Harrigan and produced the longest forward pass in history, the Yanks had the ball and were penalised so the scrum half in disgust just launched the ball Gridiron style up the pitch - I'm sure someone caught it, it was a throw of about 60yds. Harrigan just gave the signal as a forward pass with a grin !

  • Not in England where this game was played. 6 is Standoff 7 is Scrum Half

  • I was there, the ball smashed a window in this game when the U.S.A. scrum half kicks into touch! How mads that I remember that!!!

  • @jonnytheleyther its actuallyy called halfback in league

  • @warringah08

No it's not. Halfback is a term fofr either the Standoff or Scrum Half, together they are known as 'the halfbacks'. Scrum Half is no.7 in league, standoff no.6. If you want me to go into detail about 'acting halfback' I will.

  • @jonnytheleyther iv been watchin league all my life and its allways been called a half back at no.7 and the no. 6 is the five eighth

  • is this match at wilderspool warrington
