I think John Williams pieces are too good and well put together to say that there is one song better than another. When it comes down to it, it's based off what sounds good to the listener with these compositions. Personally I'm a huge fan of summon the heroes then the Star Wars franchise music.
When I went to this video, I was actually thinking, This is gonna have some good pieces, (ALL of his scores are brilliant!) but I guarantee that he's gonna leave out HOOK. EVERYONE always forgets about this movie's score and seriously, HOW CAN YOU??? Personally, I like the third part of "Remembering Childhood." Its my favorite part of the movie and my favorite song of all time!!! Thank you for reconizing this wonderful piece!!!
I do like your choices and after listening to this, I type the video which has these scores and listen to them. I don't think your voice is annoying and I like that you are explaining why you choosed these tracks. There are not so many people who do that. So, keep up the good work.
In no particular order: jaws "man against beast" star wars "battle of endor" 1941 march superman "the planet krypton" raiders "map room" Empire of the sun "cadillac of the skies" schinders list "main theme" jurassic park journey into the island" ryan "hymn to the fallen" et "escape/chase/saying goodbye"
Is his rendition of the Fox fanfare used in the 'Star Wars' movies?

I agree. Hook had its flaws, but it was still a fun movie to watch with great music.

I think that the imperial march from star wars should fit in next to the raiders march from indiana jones.

Ever heard of Akira Ifukube. He worked with Toho studios making the music for the kind of the monsters himself, Godzilla.

Me too. This list was so hard to put together. As I type this to you now, I feel sad that 'Hymn... was only at #10. Part 2 will make up for it.
