my puppy's eyes change color, sometimes they are bright blue, but when she is sad or sleepy they turn green and the pupil becomes darker and bigger. is this normal?

she is a1 year old chihuahua.

I forgot the name of it, but my vet gave me the solution that looked very similar to what she uses here long time ago. I couldn't find it at any pet stores at the time. I think you need to buy from your vet.

- just wanted to add that it is a basic saline solution she is using. I just don't know the brand name.
