What made you choose to play open handed? Are you a lefty?

Hahaha I should definitely put this in my channel info.... Yes I am a lefty, I chose to play open handed because A) I did not see the point in crossing my arms when I first started learning... I'm a very "outside of the box" person. I saw no benefit in playing closed, especially for someone who leads with the left hand like I do. Playing on a standard kit allows for easily sharing a standard kit at a gig without too much hassle. Thanks for the question, I hope you liked the video.
