Aw, man, that was an awesome video, with a great setting and scenery. I've wanted to get into this exact same hobby for years. Makes me want to shrink myself and climb aboard for a ride!!
shes gona be my next plane, but i just need sutiable motor and exc, the one i got is too beasty. will she work with 9 gram servos or do most ppl use smaller ones?
Nothing was broken on the second landing, just a slight cross wind caught the wing. No harm done. Thanks all for your comments. This is a very enjoying hobby.
The floats are from GWS. About anybody that carrys GWS parts has them for around $10.00. I mounted them useing the landing gear that came with the plane. I had to order an extra set for the rear, and a extra front wing mount for the rear landing gear. The floats come with a mounting set-up, but I wanted to make them wider so that they are a little more stable on water. Work great on snow! Can send pictures of the set-up if you want.
Hey- I was flying there yesterday- I live west of Sturgis

wow wasn't it hard to see where the plane was going when you flew it that high, or did you have some sort of feedback from the camera? Great video!

No hard to see the plane, not really that high up. The camera is a eDVR 5 in 1, it just records the video, Thanks!

GREAT VIDEO! What brand of floats are they and where did you get them? How did you mount them? Did you make your own mounting setup or buy one?
