Any idea how i can do an email template for a mass mail merge that:

1. I can add our signature logos/contact details

2. Doesn't spread across the entire screen of Outlook even though i use the margin functions in the template

I've tried everything & nothing seems to work - help!

I am interested in how to do a birthday club. I haven't used Act! in years and honestly and having trouble figuring how to do this. Basically, I would like to grab contacts from each month or each week and email them a birthday gift from our business. Bring in your ID proving its your birthday and get a free dinner for example. How do I do this?

@davidcopperfieldsny great idea. Here's an idea, track the birthday for each contact, send the invite at the end of the month, for those in your database who have a birthday the following month. They come in, show their ID, and get the gift. Better still would be to integrate text messaging so it hits their phone on their birthday! That explanation requires more time...

@Henricousineau not currently supported. May be a workaround, but I don't run into Thunderbird all that much. If using LDAP, try using the ACT! email client, or Outlook with LDAP.
