IDioGenesis, This is an amazing video. I'm surprised Mr Eldritch hasn't just purchased it from you and called it the official video. I know they don't get played on the worthless music tv channels, but a compilation of all sisters videos with some unreleased material would sell like crazy. We SOM fans are a rabid bunch. Next time take a crack at Lights or Gimme Shelter; either song would lend itself well video because the lyrics are so vivid and evocative.

The late eighties was the best period for the true Goth sound. Sisters of Mercy, Fields of the Nephilim, The Mission, The Damned (in their Phantasmagoria period).

I've never experienced better rock music since.

@Ukdk1234. I partially agree with you, only as a matter of taste, I really enjoyed the groups that I mentioned above. I was also into New Model Army and Spear of Destiny (although they could not be classified as Goth). But would you say that Fields of the Nephilim were really part of the commercial phase. I wouldn't personally.
