Boeing 747-467 CATHAY PACIFIC B-HUF - Landing on RWY 25R at Hong Kong (Chek Lap Kok)

i took this exact plane before on CX 904 from manila

i also like arriving in hong kong once i was seated on the right side there was a crosswind and i saw a a340 behind our 747-400 and behind that a340 was another 747! that time i was on flight cx250 from london heathrow airport to hong kong international airport!

We had very calm weather that day so it was a stable approach... plus the Captain was pretty damn smooth :D

i love arriving on 25 R especially if your seated on the left side of the aircraft :)

it gives you a great view over the town of tung chung and the tsing-ma bridge :P

It looked like a soft touchdown for me.

I landed on this runway too from Vancouver on a A340-300.

May i know what gate did you arrive at ?

Yes it was very smooth! The take-off (the previous video) was even smoother. Captain Nigel Lewton did a great job.

Did you fly Cathay too? Do you have a video? I thought the service was fantastic & I will definately fly Cathay Pacific again. What do you think of the new seats & entertainment sytem? I liked the new seats but I found the entertainment system a bit un-responsive at times.

Yes, i just flew Singapore-HongKong-Vancouver-H­ongKong-Singapore with Cathay Pacific, the entertaiment was great onboard the new 777-300ER. But the seats were horrible as it was hard and stiff.

Really?! I have the CXcitement model of that exact aircraft on my desk haha. I didn't find the seats too bad, I would like the head rest to be longer though because I believe it is too small.

The only thing was that , the seats are too hard and when you are in the recline position is as horrible as not recline.
