The similarities between Midna's Helmet and Majora's Mask is that the little section that covers Midna's eye (left for Gamecube, right for Wii) has the eye design that the MM has, which is also the Sheikah symbol. In Ocarina of Time the pirate things... i forgot what... whatever race ganon is. One of the woman that you talk when you save the carpenters says that 1 male is born to the race every 100 years or so and they were the ruler. So Ganon was born in Ocarina of Time. And Twin Roba's or whatever just turn to ghost they don't really die. every other boss doesn't turn into ghost so they could have the power to bring themselves back. Well yes but even if it didn't the fact that humans are even mentioned is the key to why it isn't since humans didn't start appearing near Hyrule till around Link to the Past and Twilight Princess. Probably sooner I just can't remember.
