@hardgayramen4ever CE characters in general... CE Guile is pretty ridic too, for example. That said, just going back to ST is only natural; you don't NEED bannings there, well aside from Gouki, anyways (and maybe O. Sagat).

Great super by Ryu vs Chun in round 1! Wow, Bison's down fierce cancels Ryu's jump wonderfully, first time I've seen that counter, and I've watched a lot of Yuuvega matches! Great scissor trap mixup combos in the corner by Taira! Amazing re-dizzy combo by Taira against Zangief in round 1! Wow, Bison can always jump away after short scissor kick against Zangief and Zangief can't grab. Great strategy to get away from Zangief!

thats not a cancel, thats called stuffing.

cancel is canceling animation to combo into a special move or super.

"cancel" in regular terms (ie proper english) means exactly what he says.

Even if you go by video game terminology of cancel. It's pretty damn obvious when he said "cancel" in that context that he wasn't talking about the technical fighting game term and was just using the word commonly.

At least.. it IS obvious to anyone who is not a moron and bases his definition on video games.

Just because "cancel" has it's own meaning in this game, it doesn't mean that you can't use the word normally from time to time.

In this case in particular, there was no confusion in using that term by it's regular meaning.

I have Yuuvega as a friend on xbl and we play, sure he beats me but I match up with him pretty dam well and I don't even play professionally.
