  • WTF is this shit

  • He would have done more if he didn't drop a load in Kims ass an hour prior

  • 14 then it cut off. great for a speed back like reggie

  • i think he hit about 18 or 19 on 225 which is pretty good

  • Everybody who hates shut the fuck up. Ive trained religious for 1.5 years. My 225 is like 2 reps on a good day. Keep in mind many say a bench is to 90• which i do like 6 on 225. Let alone his speed thats insane. Im pretty sure if his coach thought he was a pussy theyd make him bench more. That heisman trophy bs wasnt his fault he took a good offer and won it. Not his fault it got taken. He did what he saw fit at the time

  • Some of you people are idiots. Reggie Bush is a pro football player, not a pro bench presser. Just because in one tiny miniscule insignificant facet of your life, you can do something better than Reggie Bush doesn't mean you are better than him! Compare yourself to a well known powerlifter in the bench press, then get back to me. Reggie trains to be a great football player, not a great bench presser.

  • @apacheman15 Pwnage man pure awesomeness :)

  • Uhhh.. did he say "Let's go Ronnie?"

  • EX heisman trophy winner*

  • @17coop17 He won the Heisman trophy, the fact that he had to give it back doesn't nullify that. He still is a Heisman trophy WINNER.

  • WTF! This ain't no porno! Sheeit "want to see more?" fuck this

  • @CoDsnipingPRO

lol even if you could do more reps, which i think everyohne would like to see a video response on that, reggie is faster and stronger and would beat your ass at football or in a fight.

  • difference between this and a strongmen comp is your not allowed to bounce it off your chest in a strongman comp.

  • @lifeizgood68 wrong wrong and wrong

  • @lifeizgood68 LOL, They dont bench press in Strongman competitions. Maybe you meant Powerlifting competitions.

  • WOW im 16 and I bench more than a pro player(:

  • @CoDSnipingPRO how do you know that bud?

  • @CoDSnipingPRO lol CODSNIPINGPRO is a athlete... ya right!!! even if you could bench 225 you cant rep it like he did.

  • Is this done by Body weight?

  • @gazza351 nope all nfl player bench 225 for as many reps as u can its a test for strength power and they say speed but i dont get how that fits in

  • @gazza351 no

  • llol that is alot of weight but where im at (iowa) theres guys that walk into the YMCA and bench WAY more then that but..... im sure those guys that are benchin like double what reggie can cant and sure as hell dont have the talent and ability that reggie has running the ball :) reggie your MY BOY!

  • not very strong...

  • i thought this would be fun AND inspiring, boy was i wrong.

  • How can yall say he's weak when you don't even know how many he actually did?

  • not strong enough from my point of view.

  • @nomitata and how much weight do you think that is tough guy? there's a reason he's there and your not.

  • Yes to everyone wondering. That is 225. Everybody at the combine lifts this much as many times as they can to show the scouts a combination strength and endurance. The bar weights 45 pounds and the four plates weight 180 pounds giving you a complete 225 pounds. Have a great day guys.

  • Ha! That's it? i can do 315 20 times lol

  • @make739 and how much money do u make? Reggie laughs at that amount!

  • @TheTyDub

I don't have a job yet Im 16 yrs old

  • @make739 video or its fake

  • @kalu913

i dont have to prove anything fool

  • @make739 your fake then.

  • @kalu913

    aw man u caught me...

  • @make739 He wasn't finished, and I'm guessing you are not the same weight Reggie is and probably don't have close to half the speed he does so, thanks for the info, but no one was really dieing to hear that.

  • @burton2156

    i was just sayin

  • how much is that

  • @iranboy94 225 lbs. all athletes at the combine lift that

  • Is that 240 lb?

  • @TithChris 225 i think (or 100kg)

  • incomplete reps. still very strong but he cheats the exercise

  • @rueisl8423 ......what do you want him to do, lift it high enough for his arms to lock......oh yeah, thats a smart idea lol.

  • I would like to see running backs box squat 315 and see how many they could do

  • did his extra benefits help him max out?

  • hahahaha, all of that and he cheated, hahahahaha. glad he got caught.

  • @coldplayfanatic683 he didn't cheat you idiot.. what he did is not cheating he didn't take steroids he took money get over it.

  • @des696969 ummm, im pretty sure that taking money is cheating?? but ok

  • @coldplayfanatic683 How does that give him even a slight advantage on the field? it doesn't ... just do you know smoking weed is illegal but smoking it doesn't make you a criminal... ncaa makes millions off bowl games but the players can't get a bit of cash gay

  • @des696969 actually, possession of weed is illegal..but its not illegal to test positive for marijuana, you need to have possession.

  • iv'e seen a video of the guy maxing out a 405Ibs. he's no joke

  • Not going to your shitty website, sorry.

  • i do that weight! not that many times though...

  • 24 reps of 102kg.. what a fkin machine.

  • Was it just me or did anyone else here the one dumb ass saying come on ronnie?

  • @motocross321 lol i was lyke WTF?!?!

  • Can anyone tell me how much weights theres on if I wanna try it??

  • @Mel0wzh 225 lbs

  • @oxeclean8 Thanks! So a runningback has to take 225ibs many times and run 40 yards? What anbout quarterback?

  • @Mel0wzh the bench press isn't as important to quarterbacks as it is to linemen, runningbacks, etc.

  • i'm no reggie fan but for the guys saying there are X numbers of guys in the world that can do this of course there are. Several at my gym. But lets see do they power clean 350 run a 4.3 catch passes follow blocking and everything else that makes this guy an nfl player. No

  • @samauripizzacats101 nope i doubt there are many out there.... i feel ya idk why ppl say all that crap that they can lift more n shit

  • how the fuck do you work out when like 200 people are staring at you ahaha

  • Look at his back @ :02 when he approaches the bench. This dude is ripped and has a very strong/ built upper body for his size. You folks expecting a 5-9" ish running back to be busting out 50 reps on the bench are a joke. He is not a linebacker, tight end, or a lineman who have to train super heavy because they rely on brute strength. HIS JOB AND HIS MAIN ATTRIBUTE IS HIS QUICKNESS AND ELUSIVENESS IN THE OPEN FIELD>>>>ANYTHING HE GAINS FROM STRENGTH TRAINING IS A BONUS!

  • I broke a Frs record in college at 24 reps, all natural but I only ran a 4.6

  • @SupremeGforce NO ONE GIVES A FUCK

  • i'm not pro NFL player or anything but i can tell you i was expecting more out of him. i can do 18 on a pretty bad day. most people lifting for a couple of years can get up what he got. you would expect super high reps from these guys when they are training for the NFL. if you get specifically tested on performance in these events how could you not but ass and demolish them?

  • Reggie bust

  • benching 225, 20 times is not that hard

  • @peewee3030 ha ha upload a vid u doing it then..

  • @westplayer03 a decent size gym you would find 20+ natural guys that could do this and more on a daily basis. your more likely to walk into a gym and see someone doing 315 for these kinds of reps and near doubling his 225 rep mark. his whole job is to train for this kind of stuff. you really can go without looking hard and find guys that blow these performances away just a lot of your average gym rats. for getting paid millions i would expect top rate in ever dept. not just running the football.

  • @westplayer03 i am looking to the right of my youtube pace right now and see 315x20, 245x37, and 225x46... so you see its not hard to find someone doing this and you dont have to be a huge NFL star to do it.

  • Look, Reggie was 2nd pick. He was a bad ass for a pro team playing in college. I would have ran for over 1,00 yards with that team. I'm not a fan or hater. Yes he has a ring, but so does BRAD JOHNSON! iIt was not because of him they have a ring! Emmitt is the reason Dal had 3 in the 90's. 2nd pick should have at least a pro bowl appearance by now. AT BEST he is a situational 3rd down back. Shit he's not even a starter. I know fans will be upset, but its the truth. NO HEART!

  • @urajokeMC Finally someone with some kind of football knowledge. I thought I was the only one.Vince young and Mario williams have went to the pro bowl.

  • i just did 25 reps and 365 max last week...not that hard to bench well

  • i play football o line 4 granite hills i can bench 225 for 20 times does anyone thinks thats impressive 4 a freshman?

  • @TheMuscleBound freshman for high school or college?

  • @borednessislife high school

  • @TheMuscleBound then that's ridiculous..

  • @TheMuscleBound U say your a freshman in high school, but it says your 20 on your channel here...?

  • Thing is with these NFL guys.......no one stops to think they are all around athletes. They aren't in bench specific training programs. If they were it would be more impressive. Also.....if one of the other bench guys from yahoo doing 35 or so reps with 225 got in a fight with Reggie he'd probably get his ass kicked.

  • @Meltedhands how do u figure? reggie doesnt fight he plays football. You know nothing about reggie bush and his fighting skills. He doesnt practice MMA so how could you even speculate

  • @dwf01234 No dude, what I meant was Reggie would probably kick the average bench pressers ass because Reggie is an all around athlete and can get to the mailbox and back without loosing his breath. Bench press isn't everything. Reggie probably maintains this level of strength without even thinking about it.

  • He's strong, but he had poor form. He bounced the bar off his chest and arched his back the whole time.

  • @goldenrampage95

Arching your back isn't bad if you have your butt on the bench.

  • @goldenrampage95

powerlifters arch their back as protocol..its necessary.. so all the powerlifters in the world use poor form? hmm

  • Good reps, however, I wonder what his 1 rep max is, anyone know?

  • @I9hate9usernames

    335 lbs

  • @Dabunni6398 Thanks dude, and ya I figured it would be around that, I looked stuff up for myself on google to, and I also found 425 for Bush, but that is to high, even for a great athlete like him...

  • mother fucker FUCked SC

  • wat he said

  • Show the whole clip you dooosh bag, F**K joing some shit to see it all!!!!!!!

  • tha aints won tha super bowl...whut duh fu**, now usc gotta give up 30 scholarships and 2 years of bowl elgability, but most of all a national championship... coach carrol knew this was coming... but we still gonna whip da bruins!!!!FIGHT ON

  • great athlete

  • dude nfl combine uses 225 for weight only and count reps. I think they do that because all players are atleast able to lift that weight and so they dont have to keep changing the for the next person.

  • Comment removed

  • @ogy91ish it's 225 for sure

  • hes at the PRO COMBINE if there was anything wrong with him locking out or form...they would have told him..told sit up here saying somethings wrong when not the one who needs to be judging his form..dam really anoying

  • can u imagine when reggie is fuckin kim kardashian like dat

  • @dilan4me LMAOO

  • buff ass nigga! i gotta be gettin um like him.

  • What weight is he lifting here?

  • @ogy91nish Probly around 225.

  • @MGCGamers those are two 45's on each end, assuming the bar is 45 lbs., yeah about 225. Every bar is different though, some dinkier racks have only a 35 lb bar, more heavy duty around 50.

  • @plimps101 Yeah, i couldn't decide cause i sisnt know what the bar was, i was assuming it was 45 cause thats what our football team uses. haha.

  • @MGCGamers

c'mon. all bars are 45 lbs unless its a kids weight set.

  • @ogy91nish

    225lbs

  • i don't think he was locking out

  • @brandys2

don't hate, if you knew anything your never supposed to lock out during a burn out session

  • @cavsarebitches thanks for the catch

  • disappointed ..... I can do 20 and I'm 49 ....will post on my 50th birthday the video

  • @murmi01 so fuckin what, you probably move at the speed of wet cement...he has to do loads of athletic moves and be in cardio shape, not just lie on his back and press a weight, he is an athlete , not some immobile gym monkey.

  • @murmi01 he did 24 and is in better shape than you I guarantee

  • @urajokeMC

you see herschel fighting MMA lately..he's a beast and he's almost 50

  • Comment removed

  • Hello evrybody ,

How many (or much) he push !?

    Thanks

  • Reggie needs some upper body strength. No wonder he can't run between the tackels..he had to rest at 10????Mabee he just got tired carryin that fat ass around...oh wait this is 3 years ago...combines and he had to rest at 10 #3 pick in draft...PATHETIC! Bust!

  • @urajokeMC as a fan of his when he came i thought he would be a berry sanders clone but its not that he's not strong enough but nore like he's scared to get hit i mean there was a smaller back who played for the bucks at 185 and still managed a 1000 yard season reggie weighs 208

  • @urajokeMC

he was picked #2 in the draft idiot

the only fatass he was carrying around was kims

and hes no bust no more

h has his superbowl ring to prove it

  • @urajokeMC

weeeeeeeellll..he has a superbowl ring i wouldnt call that a bust

  • that shits insane!!! It looks like hes repping those effortlessly...... FUCK

  • @warmach1ne14 ...yea he is cause its not that heavy. Its damn near close to his body weight making it even that much less impressive

  • @dwf01234 I would like to see you rep your bodyweight 24 times u dumb cunt.

  • he definitely did 24, even tho he started strugglin at like 12, guy is a machine

  • @gdupgangsta , I always find you start struggling at about half , weired but true

  • @gdupgangsta

I dont even think he was struggling, he was benching pretty fast so he just paused to catch his breath i think

  • damn look at his back

  • So how the hell many did he do because he was slowing down and that was not that impressive.

  • greggamer418..it may not have been impressive to u but dey say he can bench 400+ lbs

  • thats false,,he prob topped out out at 16 or 17, that equates to like a 330 bench,, im prob good for 16, if i every take a break from benching one of these days and my max is only like 325

  • hojo, he ended up doing 24 reps. not 16 or 17

  • @hojo2011 nah he topped at 24, i googled it

  • @hojo2011

ya you cant equate X amount of reps to a X amount 1 rep max. because peoples muscle tissue types vary. slow twitch or fast twitch dominant..slow twitch guys have more 1 rep strength and fast twitch have more endurance with the weight.. And by the way he did 24 reps with 225, his i rep max is 335 . .. Noel divine is 5'7" 170lbs and was incline pressing 315 in highschool

  • @str8OuttaNaptown30

the fuck? those are 45s....so thats 225

  • wtf are u talkin bout..point out where i said dat he's lifting 400+ lbs in dis video..i said its been said dat he benches 400+ lbs..maybe u didnt comprehend it right

  • want to see more...

    join my stack.

    fucking blow me. FAIL

  • bush is better as a special teams player than a running back

  • @maquino220 as far as i know rookies had to play st, and as far as i know bush aint no rookie nomore which means payton wants to involve him somehow in some plays cuz thomas and bell are outrushing bush easily

  • @logsh91 well as far as what YOU know, you're wrong. NOT ALL rookies play special teams, you idiot look at Chris Johnson, he didnt play. Anyway you talk about Bush like he's barely gotten into the league, he's been in the league since 06. Thats 4 years and Thomas and bell have never been good like theyhave this season!

  • @maquino220 of course johnson had to play in 07 his rookie year as a kick returner

  • @logsh91

Bush hasn't been a rookie for 4 years you idiot! hahahaha

Do you even watch football? lol

  • @SteveRooster85 hes got drafted in 06 moron

  • yea, 06-10 is 4 years smart guy!

you should try to get passed pre-school math

  • @SteveRooster85 who the f asked u?

  • nobody asked me, I told your dumb ass.....We must help the stupid in the world you know!

  • @SteveRooster85 i think when i look at ur profile pic... whatever

  • its funny that these comments below me have two guys arguing about Bush vs. Peterson

IF YOU THINK REGGIE BUSH IS AS GOOD A RUNNING BACK, YOU MUST BE ON DOPE!

PETERSON IS IN THE TOP 2 IN THE NFL. Bush not even be in the top 10

  • @maquino220 atleast Bush can hold on to the damn ball :-)

  • @kyleboy337

if you would take reggie bush instead of peterson, you're a dumbass.

Of course reggie will hold onto the ball more, cuz he's not an every down back. How many rushes does Bush get compared to Peterson?

ur an idiot, OVERALL Peterson is twice as good as Bush as an OVERALL back

  • @maquino220 You can throw all that shit out the window if he has no ball security. #1 quality in a back...HOLD ON TO THE MOTHER FUCKIN BALL!! If Peterson did that, then possibly they may be in the superbowl. However, he's watching from his house. His career will be labeled as another tiki barber.... fumble happy. Sure he has great speed, power and vision, but with no ball security, the coaches have no confidence in him. Hence the Brett F. intre. at the end of the game...

  • perterson is better than bush period.

  • i personally think reggie bush is a bust

  • reggie bushs combine total of rushing yards in 4 years is 1940 thats like one good year for peterson so b4 u say bush is a btter weapon relize what ur saying bush cant stay healthy on 100 carries a year and the most rushing tds hes scored was 6 i think in a year real big weapon

  • bush is good, for a 2nd string running back tho,

  • Reggie has one TD pr. 12,6 carrie this season..

Adrian peterson needs 18,8 pr. TD.

This shows how big of a wepon reggie is.

  • @gustavhansen1991

bush had in the entire season of 09 70 carries for 390 yards, averaging 5.6 yards per carrie and 5 td.

peterson had 314 carries for 1383 averaging 4.4 yards and 18 tds. NOW TELL ME WHO IS THE BIGGER WEAPON????

  • @logsh91 That's because Reggis is not a running back like Peterson. He is a all purpose back like Marshall Faulk use to be.

  • @BayouHotBoy1 no its not like that he HAS to do special teams because pierre thomas is the no1 back for the saints. if it wasnt the special teams u wouldnt see bush very often on the field. i dont care what u say or what u bring if u play halfback u gotta rush for yards and tds and thats was AP does

  • @logsh91 and fumbles... ALOT!!!! WHO DAT!!! LOL

  • @Kyleboy337 yeah but hes still the better runningback, rushing for more yards and tds. in the nfc championsshipgame bush had a ridiculous 8 rushed yards and a fumble. AP had 122 yards 3 tds 2 fumbles but recovered 1. stats dont lie and yeah u might be right about the saints going to miami but not with bush as the starting hb.

  • @logsh91 I disagree. Again, AP has no ball security. Those stats meaning nothing if you can't hold on to the ball, and AP is horrible at being a 3rd down back, hence why Chester Taylor's playing time increased. As for Reggie, I would easily take him over AP in the " Saints offense." Notice I said the saints offense. A more pass oriented offense. Reggie doesn't get enough credit for picking up the blitz. Obviously Pierre Thomas is the 1RB, but he is a moron when it comes to bltiz pick up.

  • @Kyleboy337 man im tired of u. u sound like u won the superbowl. remember u gotta beat #18 before making that kinda comments. because if u lose i doenst matter if u won the nfc championsship with peterson fumbling 2 times. btw who §ucked up the last series farve or AP? and yeah he has an issue with holding the ball but with 1400 yards and 18 tds aint that normal? u compare bushs pathetic 400 yards and 100 carries to an awesome season of AP????

  • @logsh91 I haven't won the superbowl but i've probably forgotten more football than you know :-) So your saying it's better to not go to the superbowl at all then go?? Interesting. And the reason Farve sucked it up, was cuz Peterson couldn't hold on to the damn people, thus forcing him to try and make a play. Again 1400 yrd and 18 tds is meaningless if you have no ball security. Hence why he's watching And Bush contributing goes well beyong the stat shit ie. leader, blitz pick up. special teams

  • @logsh91 WHHHHOOOO DDDDAAAAATTTTT... EEEAAATTT MMMMYYY MMMUUUTTTHHHAAAA FFFUUUCCCKKKIIINNNN SSSAAACCCKKKK!!!!!

  • @Kyleboy337 haha i was expecting that congrats mane i dont hate. great job!

  • @Kyleboy337 man i think u should watch that game tomorrow cuz either way if u lose ur not much better than the vikes whom u beat in OT with a fieldgoal.

  • @logsh91 notice you said "not much better"... that's like a close 2nd.... Who gives a fuck about a close 2nd??? go shovel snow!

  • @logsh91 Just go watch the Dallas game. Reggie was hurt that game and Dallas unloaded on us. But to Further my point with AP, he completely dismantled the Vikings offense. Brad Childress lost complete confidence in him and put the game on Brett's shoulders. If you look at Brett's career, anytime he was asked to "win" a close game, he chocked. They contributed his sucess early in the season to having that load due to AB. However, AP = fumble fingers= different play calls = Brett choking! Reg>AP

  • are u on crack? why dont u compare the yards then, or are u gon talk about there avg?

  • see thats how you bench.. not weighing 400 lbs and with the gay bench shirt on and you cant even wipe your ass and you go down 3 inches cuz your fat ass gut gets in the way hahaha bush is a beast!

  • Some say he once threw a microwave oven at a tramp, and that he can stare directly at an eclipse.

  • I've seen this video before I think he stops at 25 reps, but this video is like 3 years old..imagine how much stronger he's gotten.
