Krause don't praticse JKD!!!!!!!!! they're doing mix of martial art but not JKD for sure!!!!!!!!! I never seen Bruce Lee praticing kali or other things...Tommy is much better!!! and you can see the real jkd.For me Tommy is the most similar to Bruce Lee that I seen-

Steve & Mike Krause are regarded as Legends in the marial arts, they were practicing & teaching JKD for many more years than before Tommy came on the scene, they are both much better more well rounded martial artists than Tommy. For authentic JKD as Bruce Lee intended it to be taught go to Krauseworld you can book free lesson, you don't want real JKD go elsewhere that simple. Find out for yourself see the difference.

The secret for fast punching is to relax muscles then make fast tension on them. Try that relax muscles point and objective in your mind and hit, feeling the tension.
