Nice build! Now that a year and months have passed, how well did it hold your temps during egg incubation? PS: I realize this is an older video, just wanted to get additional results.
ive got a chick incubator , if you want one , please listen to the following : For the right tempature , keep it at exactly 98.5 digrees , Please do not interuped the egg while the chick is using his egg tooth to make a opening , and most inportant , have fun with your chicks! Im up to 8 so far 2 mamas and 4 dadas
@CommentsForYou1 ya it is, i live in texas and we have 122 cattle, 5 donkeys, 8 horses, 5 goats and no telling how many chickens, they r always laying eggs
Curious. from what ive learned from my superiors insulation and air flow look good. is it a closed system or are you pulling outside air and just using the fans to push it through.
Really nice job on the incubator hope it works fine for you and for your clutches. Love the idea of the alarm. Would appear you put a lot of time and thought into making it and sure it will be excellent for hatching. 5*s
@TwistedPerceptions The water becomes the same temperature as the surrounding air, when you open the door, the air can blow out, but the bottles stay there and hold temperature much better than the air, and act as 'thermal batteries'

I dunno how you can do it with pythons (i did eggs with colubrids). I love my boas, no need for an incubator.
