If you mean how did I do some of the effects I did, a few are pretty easy.

I forgot how I did the floating head/eyes but I dont' remember it being difficult.

The stretched out skin is easy though:

In 3D animation you have rigs of bones that grab nearby polygons (the "skin") to move them. If you put two limbs two close together though or cross them, the bones don't know which parts of the skin belong to them, so it often chooses incorrectly, moving the wrong polygons.
