This isn't fair. And I DON'T laugh at the edited W clips BECAUSE they're edited. (Because I AT LEAST have some standards on which I base the information I draw my biases from.) One: This is a Q&A session. That's different from a 20 minute speech. Why would you have a teleprompter for Q&A? That defeats the purpose. Two: He was obviously being heckled by someone in the audience (you can hear in the background 0:10-0:35.) He was just trying to get them to listen to his answer.
