When I think about the suffering of the Jewish people, the first thing that comes to mind is the brutal devastation, pillage, and deportations perpetrated by the Roman forces, and later the Byzantines against the Jews of the Levant. The barbaric genocide engineered by the Nazi German regime against the Jewish diaspora of Europe. I don't understand why are the Arabs to suffer for the cruelty inflicted on the Jews largely by Western Europeans?
