Aren't you really judging the video based on the directing, not the point? BTW - Toilet flushing: 1.3-3.5 gallons of H2O, shower: 2 gallons per minute. Hopefully more people waste less water the next time they are in the shower & put their trash where it belongs. And less people will waste their time critiquing the directing choices of people on youtube. I choose to accept the positive message and entertainment of superboy and supergirl, not pretend that I am the next youtube Ebert and Roeper.
Of course I'm kidding. I thought of the toilet wasting water, too. I kept it like that because I thought it was funny. I liked that Superboy decided to do the leg lift. He's a goof off and he was improving and making the part his own. It was really cute, so, I kept it in there. I thought it was great that my 6 yr old nephew was doing everything with little or no direction. He really got into it. He even started directing everyone in the movie, that's why he's credited as the Assistant Director.
I know that scene hurts the purpose of the video, and you recognize it is also contradicting the purpose of the video. But because you think he's cute, you left something in the movie that doesn't belong. Ok, well that's why we have YouTube.
If the guy's shower was lasting too long and wasting water, the kid wasted even more water and didn't really teach him to take shorter showers. All he accomplished was pissing him off.
I really hope your kidding. Watch the way it's cut right now and tell me how it's clear that he dropped a deuce. Then consider that he was punishing the guy for his shower lasting to long and tell me which way your edit makes it look.

He wasn't wasting water, he was flushing his kids. The original scene had Superboy going #2. It had to be cut for time purposes.
