Debra Tate continues to prove that she has nothing more in life than to capitalize on and live thru her dead sister. WHAT is the purpose of showing Sharon's clothing after 40 years? I'm certain that she didn't give the interview for free! And if you look at her website she actually has what she calls "Sharon Merchandise"..i.e. ..Sharon coffee cups, posters, mouse pads, license plate holders, etc... Debra Tate should be ashamed of how she has prostituted Sharons memory.

Doris Tate was also paid to do interviews, as was Patti Tate. It's understandable, bringing back painful memories and sharing them with the rest of the world is not something you volunteer to do. There is Sharon merchandise because Sharon's fan base is expanding and naturally it wants more ways to remember Sharon by. The purpose of showing Sharon's clothes is to remember her when she was ALIVE, and focus on her impact as a 60's fashion icon, as opposed to merely a murder victim.

As far as her clothing is concerned, if you want to display them then do so. Have you seen the pictorial with the model wearing Sharon's clothes? I haven't. Again, profiting from a good thing.

Regarding Mrs. Tate and Patti, an interview about keeping Sharon's murderers in prison was never for profit (No coffee mugs).

I adore Sharon Tate, and relish this opportunity to see her clothing like this... however, it disturbs me GREATLY how the clothes are being kept. They desperately need to be properly cleaned and stored or they aren't going to last for another 40 years. It would be a shame to lose them because Sharon and her style were one of a kind.
