Lets not get ahead of ourselves, SCO was founded as a regional security and energy (oil) cooperation league. From an anti-western standpoint, its intent can easily be exaggerated. it is important to note that there has been no exchange of military aid, data, and nor technology. Russia and China relations are still reasource based and to the full extent bilateral.
The only thing SCO does is hinder further NATO expansion into Asia.
Regardless as a westerner SCO still haunts the back of my mind.
