@brschhhh this place is called LLN, Louvain-La-Neuve , a small city with a college & its a student city, & as u can see everywhere u go u can practice pk/fr, thanks to the speeders the police almost never asks you to leave or something, their very well known & people like seeing it =) ohyea Its in belgium ofcourse xD
