  • My rock: I listened to all Snatam Kaur CDs I owned during my drives to see my father while he was dying. The sound gave me courage and calm. I cared deeply for my father and wanted him to pass in peace and dignity. So I had him listen to the CDs when I visited. He LOVED and with each day became peaceful and dignified. I sang aloud with my family Adays Tisay Adays when he died. I didn't know the meaning of it at that time. Now I do... so I smile at that. These mantra are intuitive to all.

  • I feel some of the results already. I have a much stronger punch, so it works strongly on the physical aspect. I also feel nauseated at about 8-9 miuntes in and actually start gagging. I wonder if this doesn't literally work on a part of the body linked with fear as many who feel fear may have symptoms in their stomach. Love and light to all. Thank you for this sadhana.

  • this was so hard at first, I was just waiting for it to be over. But it gets easier each day. I am feeling so strong. I could do 62 minutes if I wanted. Can't wait to see the results at the end. Keep up everyone, you can do it! Sat Nam!

  • I am still resting my arms on my knees inbetween each chorus.I can feel my shoulders and arms becoming stronger each day. I sit in a chair with my feet on the ground, my root chakra pulling down towards the earth and my torso rising up as though I am leading from the heart. I feel light and solid at the same time. Eventually I expect to be able to no longer need to rest my arms but for me that is not important. More I want to be just be with 10000.00 like minded sweet souls.

  • @sandyFL100 ~Several have shown me their ways of connecting with the 'Source", whom I simply call God. BTW, a scientific study, of perhaps three decades ago, silly perhaps~But we are a very curious life form and this study may not have value, but it fascinates me. We are pure Energy~so how much does it weigh? Who cares? He did {{{warm smiles}}} . In a hospital setting, with several people who were willing to freely participate, each laid on a table scale, similar to a baby

  • @sandyFL100 ~~scale such as used in a birthing area. At the exact time of 'death', when their " Life Force"  left their body, there was a reduction in their weight of less than one ounce~~. Now, back to your question of focus~~I have a slight problem with focus hahahahahaha....I have been told, there is one point higher~ and that is at the top of our heads~~where we can exit and travel out to the Universe and return to~~ Once you have a true connection~ and it is NOT hard to do

  • The best way to go to 31 minutes – which I discovered this about 3-5 minutes into this – is to never stop moving the arms. After you start getting going, don't stop and hold when the mantra does - do 2 reps during the space and keep going with the beat. It's about moving with the flow and freeing yourself. To me, pausing makes the exercise physically much harder, and stopping the flow or staggering it doesn't feel as juicy. In either case, this is a great one. Love and enjoy!
