Is there a company that sells individual cans, that you can recommend? Not just the cream cheese powder but other shelf stable essentials? I'm new to shelf stable products, would love some advice on best place to shop. I cannot do many whole case deals at this time so will have to pay higher price for individual cans for now. Baby steps you know:)
Love this video, just found you after watching National Geo. doomsday preppers!
I checked the site for the cream cheese powder, I did follow your instructions to buy only the cream cheese but was never offered the option to buy anything other than the 3 products grouped together. My funds are limited and I would love to be able to purchase some of the cream cheese and sour cream powder but don't need the cheddar.
Thanks for helping us get pointed in the right direction:)
@atrawe02 Go to the "place an order" tab on their page. You'll see an entire listing of their products. You'll find the just sour cream and just cream cheese options there.
I went to the website. The only way I could get the cream cheese powder is in the group buy w/cheddar & sour cream. Last month's deal was a great buy, but before I get into buying cases of powdered anything, I wish they would sell smaller, pantry-size cans or mylar bags of these for people to sample. I think I'll contact them today and ask questions. I will try the Shirley J bouillon, though! :-)
@MyFreedomChannel If you click on the "place order" you'll see an entry for JUST the cream cheese powder. You can enter a coupon code of "supreme" and get a discount on that case until this Friday. The Shirley J chicken bouillon is the bomb! No msg, low sodium, and unlike any other powdered bouillon, they have the nerve to actually put real chicken in it. Go figure. :-)
@PreparednessPro Yeah, how dare they (Shirley J) put "real" chicken in chicken bouillon!! Hahaha ... I could be wrong, but I think I saw a video from Noreen (atticus9799) featuring Shirley J bouillon.
Do you know what the discount percentage is on the coupon? By the way, I signed up to receive emails from Five Star Preparedness. Should I send them an email with your information so you can get recognition or some sort of credit?
@MyFreedomChannel Their monthly group buy deals are at wholesale or sometimes even below general wholesale. So the discount amount is dependent upon the wholesale to retail markup that each of manufacturers have on each of their products. They do the monthly group buy to help folks get at least one or two things they need/want each month at an aggressive price without everyone having to purchase the high dollar min. that they would to get wholesale on their own.
@MyFreedomChannel No need for recognition. Five Star was created specifically so that my readers would have somewhere they could go to get some of the less mainstream products that I love for a good price. I talked my hubby into starting it when my readers complained about not being able to find stuff.

@angelatraweek I really don't know. I hadn't even seen this product until recently. Are you in the Utah area?
