actually there are seven. There are only two ways to get Recon, only one of which you can do as of now.

1.) Create a cool forge map or do something that make Bungie feel you are deserving of the armour.

2.) Complete the 4 vidmaster achievements on halo 3 and when Halo 3 ODST comes out, complete the 3 vidmaster achievements on it. i was told this by Bungie employees. thank you for reading everyone =)
