Collapsed and died on stage (any other way to go?) at the Penny theatre in Canterbury UK, supported on the night by Arthur Kay & The Originals. I went to his funeral and there were a lot of old faces from the Ska scene of the 60's there. RIP Alex.

Judge Dread died from a heart attack as he walked off stage after performing at The Penny Theatre in Canterbury on the 13 March 1998.
