Okay, I listened to the first song, and it sucked large donkey balls. This is at least death metal. And has, *gasp* a real drummer! Its at least halfway decent, but in comparison to their earlier material, I think this is weak. It lacks a certain heaviness they used to have.

I've been listening to Morbid Angel for a long time now, and I think the new album isn't as bad as everyone is making it out to be. So what if there's some industrial / techno, people shouldn't judge an entire album based on a couple of songs that aren't "typical" of their style. This song and rest of the Metal songs on the album are fucking killer in my book

@jamesrocks4eva Absolutey. I can understand calling "Too Extreme!" industrial, or techno. But anyone who thinks this song falls into either of those genres, seriously needs their ears syringed! This song, and a few others on the album (like Nevermore and Blades For Baal) are death metal, no two ways about it. The presence of 2 or 3 experimental tracks on the album, doesnt make the death metal songs on the album suddenly not death metal. Around 30% of this album sucks. The rest of it is great! xD

@jamesrocks4eva I'm a fan of industrial, but if you refer to bands like Godflesh and Dead World. It's similar to that stuff. I personally scratch my head on this album, but I never take away that they still have musicainship...I just can't get into this album as much. It would be different if was a whole other band and not Morbid Angel...they change their albums alot. So I'm not hurt about what they do like the rest of the idiot fans who bitch and whine about a few changes.

So where I can see where some fans would be upset. I however didn't mind too much, but I have heard better.

@Colateral29 I can hear it just fine. Focus on the vocals first and it opens the ears enough for the guitars to peak through. Also, check out the song 10 More Dead on this album. If you can't hear the guitars on that, then you need another profession besides metal-spectating. :|
